Rare 10″ Stinkfist Promo Picture Disc

This is a pretty rare (or so it appears) vinyl picture disc that I received from Best Buy way back when I bought Aenima back in ’96. There are four songs on it:
Side A has Stinkfist and Opiate, and Side-B has Sober and Prison Sex–for a handful of rocking vinyl tracks!

    The versions of opiate sober and prison sex are normal studio versions or particular versions or live versions??
